There were many ways, you could either go and try to illegally pass across the border and hope not to get killed, or you could get fake documents and pass through legally. Corruption was also a good thing because many people were corrupted and could get you across the border. Before the wall was built however, the best way might be to go to Berlin and cross to the part of the town that was American and then they could get you out with an airplane because they had planes come and go all the time.

believed that the munich agreement had brought peace in europe and thus supported it. on the other hand, strongly opposed it.
ziro4ka [17]

Neville Chamberlain believed that the Munich Agreement had brought peace in Europe and thus supported it. On the other hand, Winston Churchill strongly opposed it.

More about Munich Agreement:

On September 30, 1938, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Italy reached an agreement in Munich. Despite a 1924 alliance agreement and a 1925 military treaty between France and the Czechoslovak Republic, it gave "cession to Germany of the Sudeten German area," for which it is also known as the Munich Betrayal.

The Munich Agreement is now largely viewed as a futile attempt at appeasement, and the phrase "a byword for the failure of appeasing expansionist totalitarian governments" has been used to describe it.

What is the common objective between capitalist, socialist, and mixed economies.
Maurinko [17]
An objective that's common to both capitalism and socialism (and thus mixed economies) is production. Both systems rely on the production of goods and services (except that in capitalism one produces for profit and in socialism one  produces for use--i.e. one produces according to human needs, not wants).
