Answer:

1) ∠A = 90º   Square

2) ∠A = 140º Parallelogram

3) ∠A = 90º   Rectangle

4) ∠A = 95º  Rhombus

5) ∠A = 60º Trapezoid

6) ∠A = 41º Parallelogram

Step-by-step explanation:

There just some points I want to state:

Rhombus  is a quadrilateral with all sides being equal and opposite sides being parallel.  Also, the opposite angles are equal, and the the diagonals bisect each other at right angles (90º).

In order to find the angles, just consider:

Sum of internal angles = 360º

You may also note the complementary and supplementary angles.

Bogdan [553]

Answer:

Rate of interest r = 2.83 % (Approx.)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Amount invested p = $2,600

Amount get A = $4,300

Number of year n = 18

Find:

Rate of interest r

Computation:

A = p(1+r)ⁿ

4,300 = 2,600(1+r)¹⁸

(1+r)¹⁸ = 1.653846

Rate of interest r = 2.83 % (Approx.)

Pythagoras question plz help
motikmotik
From the two right triangles, you can write the following equations using the Pythagorean theorem. Let's call that shared leg in the middle "y"

y^2 + b^2 = a^2
y^2 + c^2 = x^2

y^2 + b^2 = a^2
re-write this to get "y" alone for substitution.
y^2 = a^2 - b^2
substitute (a^2 - b^2) for y^2 in the other equation. y^2 + c^2 = x^2

a^2 - b^2 + c^2 = x^2

Now put in the values given for a,b,c to solve for x

(7.1)^2 - (5.6)^2 + (5.7)^2 = x^2
51.54 = x^2
square root
7.2 = x
