James Longstreet was one of the principal Confederate generals during the Civil War. He was the principal subordinate to Confederate Commander Robert E. Lee. Longstreet was lauded for his military tactics, which led to several Confederate victories throughout the war. However, he openly disagreed with Robert E. Lee regarding tactics in the planning previous to the Battle of Gettysburg on July 3, 1963. Longstreet suggested he mobilized troops to capture supply trains from the Union. However, this was disregarded by Lee, whose tactics would result in being faulty, as the Confederate troops were defeated that day.

The feudal system probably would not have developed if the Roman Empire continued. Why?
Natali [406]

Answer:

C. A strong military would have been in place to protect people from invaders.

Europe went under the control of new pioneers right after the fall of the empire, yet the new districts were powerless. The primitive framework gave landowners and laborers security through a master and his military. This framework secured arrives in return for work and charges.

If the Roman Empire continued, the Roman armed force would have shielded the realm from intrusion.
