5)$3 x^{3} y^{-5}$--->> $\frac{3 x^{3} }{ y^{5} }$
7)$4 x^{-5} y^{2}$-->> $\frac{ 4y^{2} }{ x^{5} }$
9)$4x^{-3} y^{5}$--->>$\frac{ 4y^{5} }{ x^{3} }$
11)$-5u^{-3} v^{0}$--->>$- \frac{5}{ u^{3} }$

2) -4x^-1y^3= -4y^3/x

3) 2yx^-5= 2y/x^5

4) 3nm^-4=3n/m^4

5) 3x^3y^-5=3x^3/y^5

6) -5m^0n^-2= -5/n^2

7) 4x^-5y^2= 4y^2/x^5
