Early agrarian societies learned how to harness water with the use of oxens and horses. It was the power of muscle that was greatly used centuries ago in order to provide irrigation to water in various farms. This was very effective, but as energy was discovered, this method became obsolete.

Answer:

Wells, irrigation

Explanation:

Early agrarian societies learned to harness water with wells and irrigation. Both of these methods were extremely effective in order to harness and manage water. Wells gave people access to water that was not easily available in the surface. Irrigation allowed them to better distribute and regulate water supply to crops. Both of these methods were significant in the development of large agrarian societies.

What was part of the Wade-Davis Bill proposed by Radical Republicans?
Allisa [31]

Answer:

See explanation.

Explanation:

The Wade-Davis Bill required a much heavier standard for Southern states to be re-admitted into the Union after the Civil War. This included an "ironclad oath," made by at least 50% of Southern voters in each state that they had both never supported the Confederacy and that they swore full loyalty to the Union.

This was in opposition to Lincoln's 10% Plan, which only aimed to require that 10% of voters per state swear loyalty to the Union.

What made the Minoans wealthy
Setler [38]
The Minoan civilization developed Mediterranean Polyculture, that is the practice of growing more than one crop at the time, which resulted in a healthier diet for the population, and a population growth. Additionally, it preserved the fertility of the soil, unlike when only one crop is growing.  This was not yet at standard- the Minoan civilization developed between 2000 and 1000 BC.

With a healthy population, the Minoans could also engage in trade with other places, such as with mainland Greece, which especially valued its pottery.
