The French concentrated in exploring Canada because they already had forts in it in Quebec and in other parts of Canada, also there wasn't too much fighting over Canada except for the British so they decided to explore Canada.
I'd most likely say A, though they did discriminate since they were fighting this large-scale war, especially against the Japanese. But because this war was going on, they needed as much labor as possible. This was so they could have as much produced as possible, such as weapons and such.

They were called redcoats because of their red uniforms. They looked nice, but the uniforms were very uncomfortable. The jackets were made of wool.
In New England, the soil was poor, the rivers were distant, and the growing season was long, so the farms were smaller than in the southern colonies.
