Answer:

I am sorry, but this is as far as it can get with the simplification (in my opinion).

I tried to use a's, b's, and c's, but it took me no where. I then tried partial fractions, it took me close but no where near the constant numbers you have.

I am sorry, I could not help, but I suggest that you try partial fractions (in case I went wrong somewhere).

I tried it and the variables don't cancel out.

you end up getting:

m = (π^2 c^2)/(340 r^2) - (π c)/(17 r) - (π^2 s^2)/(340 r^2) + (3 π s)/(17 r) - 40/17

I think there is some missing info here. Try posting your problem again with the extra details. If there aren't any let us know and we will try to figure it out together.

What is 2 radical 15 squared

2\sqrt{15^2}=2\cdot15=30\\\\\\2\sqrt{15^2}=2\cdot\left(15^2\right)^\frac{1}{2}=2\cdot15^{2\cdot\frac{1}{2}}=2\cdot15=30

\left(2\sqrt{15}\right)^2=2^2\cdot\left(\sqrt{15}\right)^2=4\cdot15=60\\\\\left(2\sqrt{15}\right)^2=2^2\cdot\left(\sqrt{15}\right)^2=4\cdot\left(15^\frac{1}{2}\right)^2=4\cdot15^{\frac{1}{2}\cdot2}=4\cdot15^1=4\cdot15=60
