Answer:

self-serving bias

Explanation:

self-serving bias is the behavioral approach of human in which they take credit for all the positive event related to them while blaming external agents for any negative events happening to them.

Since the statement above says one overestimated ones value for success and attributes failures to externals agents they are showing a self serving bias behavioral tendency

Comparing biological and psychological approaches to criminality, a sociologist would argue that they both view crime and deviance as an individual, not societal, problem.

What is psychological ?

The scientific study of the mind and behavior is known as psychology. Psychology is the study of conscious and unconscious phenomena such as emotions and thoughts. It is a vast academic discipline that bridges the gap between the natural and social sciences.

SDT identifies three universally important psychological needs (autonomy, competence, and relatedness) for psychological well-being and autonomous motivation. These universal needs can be thought of in the same way that physiological needs are (e.g. hunger, thirst, sleep).

Atypical, biopsychology, social, cognitive, developmental, personality, forensic, and industrial-organizational psychology are the eight types of psychology to consider for a career.

Gender discrimination currently receives “intermediate” fourteenth amendment scrutiny. is this right? should gender receive “str
garik1379 [7]
This really depends on your beliefs in if gender discrimination is as big of a deal as racial discrimination. The 14th amendment is the Equal Protection Clause, it was mainly for the slaves that had been freed in the U.S after the civil war. It basically forbids the states to restrict basic rights of citizens without going through the process of law or being protected by the law. But has recently been used in cases to of gender discrimination.

I believe it is perfectly justified for the 14th amendment to be acted in cases of gender discrimination. The 14th amendment does not have to be dedicated completely to race, but can have multiple purposes and be dedicated to gender discrimination as well. Because the 14th amendment does not mention race in its context, but mentions that basic rights shall not be stripped from citizens.
