The answer is letter c. It can be both natural and human source of pollution. There are times when the intense heat can trigger a brush fire and can expand depending on how strong the wind blows. It can be caused by humans. it could due to carelessness of people leaving flammable materials unchecked. The correct option is C

A forest fire is the fire that spreads uncontrollably in forest or wild land, affecting vegetal fuels, flora and fauna. The beginning of the fire can be produced by natural causes or mainly by human action.

Natural forest fires have always been a normal element in the functioning of ecosystems. Fire has allowed the regeneration of diverse ecosystems and the production of a series of habitats in which different organisms can thrive. However, the enormous proliferation of fires caused by human activity in recent decades exceeds the capacity for natural recovery. The forest fires cause a great contamination in the air as well as Pollution of rivers that receive the rain waters that cross the burned zone dragging particles and ashes in suspension.

Mkey [24]

In this passage, Nick reflects on what the landscape must have looked like when the Dutch explorers arrived to the continent. He is looking at Gatsby's house, and at this point in the novel, we know that Nick believes that New York, as well as the people he has met, are vile, corrupt and greedy. He contrasts this view with that of the pristine continent on the arrival of the European settlers.

The phrase "fresh, green breast of the New World" presents a view that is "fresh." The land is new, but it is also fresh in the sense that it is not rotten. The land has not yet been "infected" with the corruption of modern times. Therefore, the phrase is intended to represent a time before America had become a land of greed and vice.

What is cadence in a poem?
QveST [7]
Answer: the emphasis of words through a change of pace
Cadence in poetry refers to the rising and the falling of the voice when reading a literary piece. Simply it comes from the Latin word “cadentia” that means “a falling”, hence the reason for its definition. In poetry, it refers to the pitch and rhythm of the literary piece. Cadence also helps in the setting the rhythmic paces of literary pieces. The imperfect and the perfect cadence are the two types of cadence.
