Answer:

The answer would be 252. I know this because I got it correct on my study guide.

Step-by-step explanation:

First I write down the problem like this...      7 (3) ² 4.

Since the # is in parenthesis I multiply 3 by the power of ² which equals to nine. (Remember, when I am multiplying 3 to the power of ² I do not multiply 3 times 2. I multiply 3 by itself 2 times. 3 x 3 = 9. I think you get the point.)

Now, you write it like this.... 7 x 9 x 4. All you have to do know is multiply. You can start anyway you like. If I multiply 9 x 4 first that equals 36. 36 x 7 gives me 252.

The same thing is the other way around. If I multiply 7 x 9 that equals 63. 63 x 4 also equals 252!

I hope this helped you. Please mark as Brainliest and let me know if I could help you with future questions. Have a Great Day Everyone!

Answer:

176.625 sq.ft, 4.8 sq.ft

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of circle=πr^2 or πd^2/4
11. Given,
d=15 ft
Now,
Area=πd^2/4
3.14*15^2/4
176.625 ft^2
Therefore, the area approximation is 176.6 sq.ft
12.
Given,
d=3.5 ft
Now,
Area= πd^2/8
3.14*3.5^2/8
4.8 sq.ft
I got the answer by dividing the area of circle by 2 as semicircle is half of circle.

Answer:

C

Step-by-step explanation:

In the equation y = -x - 4, the gradient is -1.

While in the second equation,

5x + 5y = 20

y = -x + 4

So the gradient is -1 too

Both sides are not perpendicular to each other because if you apply the formula, m1m2 = -1, and if substitute both gradient, (-1)(-1) = 1 ≠ -1

Therefore, no they are not perpendicular but parallel instead.

Y=5x^2-8x-12

linear , exponential , or quadratic and why
Assoli18 [71]

Answer:

Quadratic

Step-by-step explanation:

This is a quadratic equation because it's in the form of y=ax^2+bx+c

If it were linear, the graph would be a straight line and wouldn't contain a second degree term

If it were exponential there would be a growth or decay factor
