The Abbasid dynasty, with its capital in Baghdad, was known for its love of knowledge. This period is known as the Golden Age of Islam. They built a major intellectual center in Baghdad, known as the "House of Wisdom." There was a flourishing of Islamic civilization encouraged by the studies at the House of Wisdom, in everything from mathematics and astronomy to medicine and philosophy. There they also did much translating of Greek works (such as the works of Aristotle) into Arabic.
The Federal government will build the hospital if it is necessary and proper, because they have the Constitutional right to do what is necessary on behalf of citizens.
