How might the cultures of Latin America be different if the Spanish and Portuguese had never arrived? What kind of culture do yo
kap26 [50]
Most countries in SA speak either spanish or portuguese as well as being largely of the Catholic faith due to the conversion practices of the Catholic missionaries however the arrival of the Europeans also caused the spread of diseases such as smallpox that decimated the native population. This massive population lost saw to it that the culture and and large native american empires in SA including the Inca and the Aztecs. Which describes how weathering and erosion are different? Weathering is caused by water. Erosion is caused by wind and ice. Eros
Alchen [17]

The correct answer is Erosion transports sediments.

Explanation:

Both erosion and weathering are related to the components of soils such as rocks breaking into smaller pieces due to factors such as pressure, chemical reactions, among others. Moreover, the whole process is known as weathering is the remaining pieces or particles remain in the same location. On the opposite, if these are displaced by air, water, etc. it is considered erosion. This means erosion implies the transports of the sediments after weathering.

What reactions that occur with water help create features of karst topography?
Brrunno [24]
Karst Topography is a chemical reaction about the dissolution of layer(s) of soluble bedrock, clearly, carbonate rock like limestone or dolomite. Acidic water erodes the calcium in the bedrock, which is a main constituent of carbonate rocks in creating caverns. First tiny fractures/tunnels form in the rock and yet, with adequate time and dissolution, this acidic erosion can make huge caverns.
