Answer:

The total sales is $204.75, but the problems states ". . . almost 100 cookies." It also states the donations are an average, but I'll assume their calculation was done correctly and accept it as an actual amount.

We know that we actually sold less than 100 cookies. Thus the value of $204.75 is too high, since it assumes 100 cookies. We don't know what the exact number is, but it has to be $203.75 or less, if we assume 99 cookies, one less than 100.

Therefore, I believe that we can only say that the total was under $203.75.  Depending on how you want to treat "almost," it could be anywhere from 90 - 99 cookies, in my mind.  If the person speaking "almost" has a habit of overstating things, then it is likely even less than that.  [e.g., "I almost caught the record-breaking fish" doesn't invoke confidence.]

erik [133]

Answer:

$80

Step-by-step explanation:

First I'll ask (cause I'm not an expert at english)(and I'm a child)

Additional fee for maintenance is a thing you pay every month right?

In that case,

Monthly fee per month (m): 11

Additional fee per month (a): 9

Total fee per month (t): [m+a] or [11+9]

Total fee for 4 months (x): (11+9)x4=80

Customers will have to pay $80 after 4 months.

Hey there! :D

Pay attention to the given angles.

We know that a circle is equal to 360 degrees.

We know two angles, and the other 2 are the same measure.

170+44= 214

Subtract that from 360, since that is what the circle equals.

360-214= 146

Divide that by two, since there are 2 equal angles left.

146/2= 73

<DOB= 73 degrees.

You were correct, so good work!

I hope this helps!
