Which perspective seeks to identify behavior that is the result of our genetic inheritance from our ancestors?a. evolutionaryb.
lions [1.4K]

Answer:a. evolutionary

Explanation:

Evolutionary Perspectives: focuses on explaing how our behaviour is inherited from our ancestors.

The evolutionary perspective aim is to determine those behavior that has been inherited genetically from our ancestors.

One of the people who focuses on this theory is Charles Darwin who came up with a concept of natural selection and how it refines traits which are carried from generation to generation. Natural selection is what result to our distinct features that result from adapting to different environmental conditions.

Darwin argues that we don't only inherit physical traits from our ancestors but we also inherit personality traits and social behaviors.

Evolutionary perspective suggests that even being shy or jealous is part of our genetically inherited behavior from our ancestors because it what assisted them to survive human ancient relatives.
