Our team has been working on a difficult problem for the past week. As the team leader, I sense that the group has a pretty good

idea of the issues surrounding the problem. I share with them that I know they can solve it and I encourage them to keep thinking about good solutions. I am using primarily which adaptive leadership behavior?

If this style work, the managers will have a much easier time since they can completely trust the workers to make decisions without relying too much of them. But, if this style does not work, it will be really hard for the managers to connect the accountability when something goes wrong.
