- Level 4 – This level <u>decrease the sedentary time</u> such as watching TV, playing computer games, surfing internet and other board games.
The gardening comes under level 1 of physical activity pyramid which is a daily activity. It’s a part of the leisure time. It comes under the bottom of the pyramid form which the individual can begin its activity.
