Answer:

See expplnation below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's assume the following original function:

y = cos (x)

That represent the cosine function. Is a periodic function. With period T = 2\pi and amplitude 1. And the function is between these two values -1,1. So them Max = 1 , Min = -1

Domain: (-\infty , \infty)

Range: [-1,1]

The plot for this function is on the first figure attached.

If we want to find the inverse function for the cos we just apply arccos in both sides of the original equation like this:

arccos (y) = arccos cos(x)

The cos and the arccos are inverse operations so then we have this:

x= arccos (y)

For this function the domain and range are given by:

Range: [0, \pi]

Domain: [-1,1]

And we can see the plot on the second figure attached.

5/6 divided by 2 1/6
Gekata [30.6K]

Answer:

5/39

Step-by-step explanation:

2 1/6 = 13/2

5/6 divided by 13/2 = 5/6 multiplied by 2/13

5/6(2/13) = 5/39

so, your answer is 5/39

M is the Midpoint of segment PQ. If PQ = 30 and PM = 3x, find the VALUE OF X<br>
NemiM [27]

Answer: X=5

Step-by-step explanation: If PQ equals 30 then PM will equal half of PQ. Which means that PM will equal 15, which means x= 5 because 3 times 5 equals fifteen.

Find the measure of angle 1<br><br> 60 degrees<br> 72 degrees<br> 36 degrees<br> 54 degrees
GarryVolchara [31]
The sum of all angles (around the black dot) is 360°

All 5 angles (if you forget the red line) are the same; so each angle is 360°/5 = 72°

So Angle 1 is 72°
