MAVERICK [17]

This decision to make gold the sole legal tender was known as the crime of 1873

B. The crime of 1873

Explanation:

The crime of 1873 was the notable omissions of standard silver dollar from coinage law passed on February 12, 1873. It paved the way for America's adoption of the gold standard which was very controversial especially for those who were no longer able to turn the silver into legal tender.

The decision of making the gold as a solo legal tender was concerned with crime of 1873. Panic of 1873 is concerned with financial crises and other two do not have official relevance in USA history.

Why might someone be wary about the necessary and proper clause?
Sergio [31]

Answer:

Necessary and Proper Clause is often called the “Elastic Clause” because it is believed to give Congress “implied powers” that government is assumed to possess without being mentioned in the Constitution. There is a problem with this view: a government that is able to expand its power through an “Elastic Clause” is more likely to abuse its power.

This was a major concern of the Anti-Federalists, who argued that the Necessary and Proper would greatly expand government and leave it up to Congress to decide whether a law was necessary and proper. The Anti-Federalists further argued that the clause left no limitation to federal power and that “ . . . if they may do it, it is pretty certain they will . . . .”

Do you think that quality time together means doing something together? How important do you think it is to talk about silly thi
Mademuasel [1]

Quality time to me means paying attention to the other person with little distractions and maybe watching a movie or playing a game with that person.

When it comes to talking about things unless you think the person should know I would honestly say you don't have to tell them unless it's something involving cheating, lying, or anything big.
