I can conclude about the permeability of the cell membrane such as the membrane surrounding the cytoplasm and the vacuolar membrane which is the membrane surrounding the vacuole to water is that the cell memebrane was semi-permeable and the central vacuole shrunk. The conclusion is that the cell membrane was semi-permeable and the central vacuole shrunk.
