It would be false because t<span>he </span>diagonals of a parallelogram bisect<span> the angles of the </span>parallelogram. A quadrilateral<span> with </span>one<span> pair of sides congruent and </span>one pair of sides parallel is a parallelogram<span>. The </span>diagonals<span> of a rhombus </span>bisect each other<span>. The </span>diagonals of a parallelogram<span> are perpendicular </span>bisectors<span> of </span>each other<span>.</span>

Setler [38]

Answer:

the  incidence of the depression is  1 ÷ 5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that

There is 250 college students that are surveyed

In the case when 75 students reported for minimum ne engineering class

And, out of this 15 students would be depressed

We need to find out the incidence of the depression

So

= 15 ÷ 75

= 1 ÷ 5

Hence, the  incidence of the depression is  1 ÷ 5

Graph y = 4x - 1. When x = -2, what is the ordered pair of the solution?
Alenkinab [10]

(-9, -1)

(-9,-1) . -1 because that is the y intercept from the equation.

-9 because when you substitute -2 for x, and multiply by 4, you get -8. Then you subtract one, making the x value -9.

Therefore, the ordered pair of the solution is (-9,-1)

Hope this helps, please consider marking branliest if it did.

angle 0 is in quadrant 1 with sin0 = 2/5. Use the Pythagorean identity, sin^2 0 + cos^2 0 = 1, to calculate the value of cos0 as
Gwar [14]
We know that
sin²x+cos²x=1
so
clear cos x
cos x=(+/-)√[1-sin²x]

in this problem
<span>Angle 0 is in quadrant 1 -----> cos o and sin o are positive
</span>sin o=2/5
cos x=√[1-(2/5)²]----> cos o=√[1-4/25]----> cos o=√[21/25]---> cos o=√21/5

the answer is
cos o=√21/5

Is 7/8 or 11/10 closer to 1? How did you decide anybody help please?
erik [133]

Let

A-----> \frac{7}{8}

B-----> \frac{11}{10}

C-----> 1

we know that

Point A-------> Multiply numerator and denominator by 10

\frac{7*10}{8*10} =\frac{70}{80}

Point B-------> Multiply numerator and denominator by 8

\frac{11*8}{10*8} =\frac{88}{80}

Point C-------> Multiply numerator and denominator by 80

\frac{1*80}{1*80} =\frac{80}{80}

Find the distance Point A to Point C

\frac{80}{80} -\frac{70}{80} =\frac{10}{80}

Find the distance Point B to Point C

\frac{88}{80} -\frac{80}{80} =\frac{8}{80}

therefore

\frac{8}{80} < \frac{10}{80}

Point B is closer to Point C

\frac{11}{10} is closer to 1

the answer is

\frac{11}{10} is closer to 1
