Answer: 1. You can use unit price to find how much one collar costs from each store to find which store is cheapest. 2. Just Dogs 3. 68 collars 4. 84 collars.

Step-by-step explanation:

Divide the number of dollars by the price to see what one collar costs from each store. Once you find out the cheapest collar and from which store that will be your answer for number 2. For number 3 multiple that price times 150. For the fourth question take 185 and divide it by the cheapest price collar to see how many you can get. If it turns out as a decimal anything behind the decimal point doesn't count. As you can't have 0.5 of a collar it's either 1 collar or no collar.

ale4655 [162]

Answer: 1¹/₈ hours

Step-by-step explanation:

Joelle spent 1¹/₂ hours reading and Rileigh spent 3/4 of that time.

To find out how much time Rileigh spent, multiply the fractions but first convert the improper fraction to a proper fraction:

= 1¹/₂ = 3/2

= 3/2 * 3/4

= 9/8

= 1¹/₈ hours
