If there is too much cholesterol it builds up on the walls of coronary arteries and restricts blood flow into the heart. If the arteries become blocked, the person has a heart attack.
You can always play with your dog. If you don’t have an animal cook some food! Go outside take a walk and read a book on a swing. Whatever it takes to avoid the use of drugs!
