The correct answer is B) Both start to improve efficiency in government.

The goals that progressivist and new deal policies shared was " Both start to improve efficiency in government."

At the beginning of the 20th century, approximately from 1890 to 1920, the Progressistworked hard to impulse reformations that enhanced the conditions of the citizens. The Industrialization years had positive and negative consequences, basically too much corruption practices between the government and big companies. That is why during the Progressive era, people demanded political and social reformations,

In the case of the New Deal, it was a series of programs created by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to mitigate the terrible economic effects of the Greta Depression.

Answer:

Building B; it is around 33.29 feet taller than building A

Explanation:

Given that when things are nearer they appear bigger, hence, if the buildings have the same angular elevation from the same spot, the taller building is further away.

This is based on the fact that the hypotenuse touches the top of building A and keeps ongoing at the same angle to building B, further away.

Therefore, we have =>

tan A = ht / 40

ht A = 40 tan 59 = 66.57 ft

tan B =ht / 60

ht B = 60 tan 59 = 99.86 ft.

Therefore, 99.86ft - 66.57ft = 33.29fr

Hence, Building B is taller by 33.29

The New Deal changed the role of the federal government in people’s lives. In a well thought out paragraph, evaluate whether thi
CaHeK987 [17]

One of the consequences of the New Deal was that the federal government gained a lot more prominence in the lives of people. The federal government became a lot more involved in many different areas, such as the economy. I believe that this was a positive change, as it allowed the government to intervene at a time when people desperately needed relief programs and assistance.

The Civilian Conservation Corps was a work relief program that operated between 1933 and 1942 as part of the New Deal. This government program provided manual labor jobs to young men in order to help conservation efforts and the development of natural resources in rural areas. This was a positive change as it provided jobs for unemployed people, while at the same time improving the natural ecosystems of the nation. Another example of a New Deal program was the Works Progress Administration. This organization employed men to carry out public works projects, such as the construction of buildings and roads. In a similar way to the Civilian Conservation Corps, this program allowed men to be employed whole at the same time improving cities for everyone.
