4. Complete the interview at the USCIS office that they will schedule with you.

6. Take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States at a naturalization ceremony.

7. Review and understand U.S. citizenship.

Yet again, black people were still heavily judged and they were blamed for a lot of mistakes other people would make. So no. The white prison population was not higher.
