The correct answer is the following.

The great difference that black migrants noticed as they traveled from South to North was that not everything that was told about the North was true, although it had better conditions than the South.

With the Great Migration of African Americans in 1916 that began to leave the South to look for better opportunities in the North, many people was willing to work in the industrial fabrics at cheap wages. White people did like the idea because they thought that African Americans displaced from those kinds of jobs.

During migration, African American people were looking for better working conditions, better education opportunities, and moving away from segregation and race problems.

How is colonialism different from economic imperialism
Crank

Answer:

"Though both the words underline suppression of the other, Colonialism is where one nation assumes control over the other and Imperialism refers to political or economic control, either formally or informally. In simple words, colonialism can be thought to be a practice and imperialism as the idea driving the practice."

Write a descriptive report on a Cold War topic of your choice.
ra1l [238]

Answer:

The Cold War (1947–1991) is the period within the Cold War from the Truman Doctrine in 1947 to the conclusion of the Korean War in 1953. The Cold War emerged in Europe a few years after the successful US–USSR–UK coalition won World War II in Europe, and extended to 1989–91. In 1947, Bernard Baruch, the multimillionaire financier and adviser to presidents from Woodrow Wilson to Harry S. Truman, coined the term “Cold War” to describe the increasingly chilly relations between two World War II Allies: the United States and the Soviet Union.

Some conflicts between the West and the USSR appeared earlier. In 1945–46 the US and UK strongly protested Soviet political takeover efforts in Eastern Europe and Iran, while the hunt for Soviet spies made the tensions more visible. However historians emphasize the decisive break between the US–UK and the USSR came in 1947–48 over such issues as the Truman Doctrine, the Marshall Plan and the Berlin Blockade, followed by the formation of NATO in 1949.[dubious – discuss]The Cold War took place worldwide, but it had a partially different timing outside Europe.[1]
