Its original purpose was to help Indians in urban ghettos who had been displaced by government programs that had the effect of forcing them from the reservations. Its goals eventually encompassed the entire spectrum of Indian demands—economic independence, revitalization of traditional culture, protection of legal rights, and, most especially, autonomy over tribal areas and the restoration of lands that they believed had been illegally seized.
The Justinian
Code was created in order to create one single set of laws for all of the
Byzantine Empire. This code was extremely important because it served as the
basis for everyday actions within the empire including marriage, criminal
justice, slavery, and property rights. Along with this, the code ended up
serving as the basis for the laws of the Byzantine Empire for the next 900
years. Countries all over world use ideas from Justinian Code's in order to
form a comprehensive set of laws. The four sections of the code are the Codex
Constitutionum, Digesta, Institutiones, and the Novella Constitutiones Post
Codicem.
For #1 it is C. They kept expanding into Native American’s land. The natives didn’t like that so that led to many conflicts.
For #2 it is D. People could get to destinations a lot faster and cheaper so it led to spread of people and ideas. It also led to goods being easier to transfer to new markets for new business opportunities.
The Hundred Years' War was a long struggle between England and France over succession to the French throne. It lasted from 1337 to 1453, so it might more accurately be called the "116 Years<span>' War."</span>
