Which facts can be used to argue against controlled burns? CThe number of escaped fires seems to be trending up. We do not know

how many of the "success" burns might have been near misses. The estimated number of prescribed burns is 4,000 to 5,000 per year. The report does not say how destructive the escaped fires were, only how many there were. The report admits that prescribed burns have elements of risk and uncertainty. One percent of the burns cannot be proven successful.Heck all that apply.

Answer:

The report admits that prescribed burns have elements of risk and uncertainty.

We do not know how many of the "success" burns might have been near misses.

One percent of the burns cannot be proven successful.

Explanation:

It could argue about how dangerous and what effects have controlled burns to the body. Their treatment can be successful but they bring the risk of damage to the other parts to the body. Uncertainty during the treatment can be hard and frightening for the patient and his/her family. This means that the patient can be sure in which direction will his recovery goes.

The argument can include the possibility of lucky to avoid more dangerous burns and the worst scenario. Some cases can not be healed and treat successfully. These are the hardest cases of burns and their treatment is not successful and can not help them.

All of these facts can lead the conversation to review knowledge and point of view on this specific topic.
