  • In tunnel vision , a person is only able to see what directly lies in front of the eyes but the object in the periphery is not visible.
  • There are many reasons why tunnel vision may occur and this is one of the many detrimental effects of alcohol.

Thus, a <em>decreased peripheral vision results in the tunnel vision due to alcohol. </em>
