Answer:
e. None of the above
Explanation:
For me as a Researcher, the reason could be increased Concentration of your DNA sample which you are using as your template. Try to decrease the concentration of DNA (up to 100 ng per reaction is enough and can increase up to 200 ng). so the reason for getting non specific bands is increase concentration of DNA which results in non specific amplification and also degradation of DNA in the reaction which you can see in your gel electrophoresis results.
i always corrected my results using the same technique that is lowering the concentration of DNA between 100 and 200 ng per single reaction of PCR.
1. Centrioles can be correctly matched with F, that is, produce the spindle fibers for cell division.
2. Nucleolus can be correctly matched with G, that is, produce r-RNA to make ribosomes.
3. Nucleus can be correctly matched with B, that is, round structure within the cell.
4. Endoplasmic reticulum can be correctly matched with E, that is, channel through which molecules move in cytoplasm.
5. Golgi bodies can be correctly matched with D, that is, produce and package cell secretions.
6. Ribosomes can be correctly matched with A, that is, tiny structures which synthesize proteins.
7. Chromosomes can be correctly matched with C, that is, contain genes with the information controlling cell.
Light energy (from the sun) is used to convert carbon dioxide and water into glucose and oxygen in the process of photosynthesis.
carbon dioxide + water --> glucose + oxygen
the light energy from the sun is then trapped in the glucose. in order to retrieve the chemical energy stores within the molecule, the bonds have to be broken.
Answer:
No. The bee may travel to a different species of plant, so the pollen may not fertilize another flower. The wind can blow the dandelion seeds into an area where they can’t sprout. The squirrel might come back for the seeds it buried in the ground.
