Newton's third law state that every action has its equal and opposite reaction. So according to this law when a person claps loudly then he is doing an action and the reaction of the loud clap is pain that he feels in his hand after the clap.

So the more loudly he clap then it will hurt the hand more because of the more force works as an action to clap loud. Newton's third law applies to every object on this planet.

Therefore,  Newton's third law explains why my hands hurt when I clap loudly.
