What are two advantages that seeds have over spores?

If I remember correctly seeds have the following that spores don't have:

1. they can carry their own nutrients, which helps in the early development stage of the seedling

2. Seeds can stay dormant for a period of time thanks to their seedcoat, which is called the testa (outer protective area of the seed), until the time is right for germination.
