Answer and Explanation:

1. By identifying all areas that are "tight" it is possible for you to recognize where you are feeling uncomfortable and how you can resolve this. This situation reduces the stress of everyday life, since you know the source of a problem and can work directly on it, solving it or making it less uncomfortable. In other words, we can say that identifying areas that are "tight", decrease discomfort and decrease discomfort promotes relaxation, decreasing stress.

2. Statistical stretches of the passive type were the ones I liked the most, because it allows me to work a specific muscle, managing relaxation and directly where I can feel a discomfort, in addition to allowing me to notice the dissolution of tension knots. I also liked the static stretches of the active type and the isomeric type, for the same reasons mentioned previously and last.

3. I can create more conscious relationships through dialogue, where I and the people I relate to can express and understand each other. In addition, it is necessary for me to develop empathy to really understand the people I relate to and be able to interact with them in the most correct way possible. Lastly, it is necessary that I have patience, since the human being is complex and each person has his particularities needing patience so that he can deal with them.

4. I can become more proactive personally and in my community by understanding the problems that exist in these two systems and researching efficient ways to solve them. In addition, it is necessary that I know myself and my community so that it is possible to promote beneficial and progressive activities that, in addition to leaving me active, will promote the good in a general and comprehensive way.

what are some of the differences between jewish and christian canons of the bible and how can they be explained
RideAnS [48]
Jews do not believe that Jesus Christ was the returning messiah Christians do. New Testament was all about a new way of life because Jesus came. Jews live by the Old Testament but Christians see it as you can learn from it but some/all sacrifices and laws do not apply. Christians live by the New Testament and Jews think it made up. Hope that helps.

what is a reflex? what is a reflex? a relationship between an event and a simple response a simple response to a simple event an
Veseljchak [2.6K]

A reflex is a natural movement brought on by a particular stimulus.

What is stimulus?

A stimulus in physiology is a perceptible alteration in the physical or chemical composition of an organism's internal or external environment. Sensitivity refers to an organism's or organ's capacity to recognize external stimuli and respond appropriately (excitability). As with touch receptors in the skin or light receptors in the eyes, sensory receptors can pick up information from both within and outside the body. Chemoreceptors and mechanoreceptors are examples of internal sensory receptors. A stimulus can trigger a response via stimulus transduction when it is recognized by a sensory receptor. The first element of a homeostatic control system is frequently an internal stimulus.
