Answer:

Mikhail should:

be very specific in his new message, mentioning that this is his second message, the facts step by step in the most direct way possible and the time he is willing to wait to receive the solution, all this should be written with the utmost decency not intended to intimidate the digital services company, but rather seeking a consensual solution.

Explanation:

Taking into account the applicable Consumer Guide for the United States, the first instance to go to is the same service company, trying to approach the ideal employee who can solve the problem and in case of receiving refusals, you can go to Local Consumer Associations, the Better Business Bureau where they can help you solve your problems or ultimately go to small claims courts in order to resolve the problem legally.

Why do we have such a high crime/violence rate in the U.S.?

Sociology Social Problems Course
alexira [117]

Answer: the crime rate isn't as high as it seems to be. The crime rate is high in the cities, but low in the rural and suburban areas.

Most cities are extremely liberal, making it practically impossible for good citizens to own a gun for self defense. For this reason, urban criminals know that their intended victims are helpless, and they can commit violent crimes with impunity. (Suburban and rural criminals are strongly deterred from their potential crimes by the presence of armed citizens.)

Explanation: Cities are also home to vast numbers of government dependents, broken homes, and fatherless children. Fatherless children with unstable home environments have a much higher likelihood of turning to crime, joining gangs, etc. American cities skew the statistics for the country as a whole — but if you take the cities OUT of the statistics, then America is one of the safest places in the world.
