Answer:

I would give it a c because even though they counted the slaves they were only given 3/5 of a man as being counted so basically the population wasn't really counted equally but at least they counted them because they could've gone uncounted in the population

Well, in the first World War, Germany lost the war because of the Jewish. Another reason would be that Hitler used myths and lies, and used anti-semitism to his advantage, with myths like how the Jews killed Jesus Christ(when it was actually the Romans) So because of religious prejudice and a long history of anti-semitism made them prime targets.
