American society was in a formative stage, searching for reason and formulating a Constitution based on radical ideas of liberty and reason, stemming from the European Enlightenment which gave rise to the French Revolution, and from the neo-Platonist humanism of the Renaissance.

British society, while not itself untouched by the Enlightenment, remained in many respects deeply conservative and reactionary. The Establishment was concerned to protect the monarchy and the aristocracy - the 'ruling classes' - and in general the status quo from the revolutionary ideas which were sweeping Europe and America.

These differences led directly to the Declaration of Independence and the War of American Independence (1776-1783).

Most Honorable Delegates, I recommend that you tell the state leaders that these three weaknesses in the Articles of Confederati
Kazeer [188]
The first one is a problem because if they have no power to tax then people can do whatever they want and that will cause chaos it will also leave the government bankrupt. The second is a problem because if there is no law enforcement then crime rates will rise. The third one is a problem because bad leadership could end up making the confederate loose the war against the union and cause the confederacy to crumble.

Which events increased tensions between the Japan and the United States in the late 1930s? Select three options.

the invasion of China.

invasion from Japan to China.

This invasion was not well seen and was a concern for the Western powers since Japan acquired land of enormous China and increased its military power (let's not forget that Japan was an ally of Germany, therefore an enemy for the allies).

The allied request is that Japan cease its attacks immediately on China, Japan did not.

Then, the English and the United States seized the metal supplies to Japan and blocked the access of the Panama Canal for Japanese ships.

This increases the tension between these countries

Subsequently, Japan decides to continue its expedition to the south of the Pacific with the intention of acquiring resources, territories, and influence.

Tensions continued to rise, and the final trigger is the decision (much questioned) of attacking Pearl Harbor.
