Think about it, 16 years old? You become a adult when you turn 18. You would also have to be more responsible because 18 is the age you're actions have huge consequences. If you're 16 the worst that could happen is that you get grounded!

Teenagers as well young adults are very immature and careless, thus causing danger in the road. However, some of these adolecents are responsible and should not be taken away the opportunity to drive. After all, driving is very convinent and allows people to travel longer distances in a shorter amount of time.
