I believe it is because of the conflict between the leaders, and the war to have the best nukes

Korea don't like the United States for a number of reasons. One being that in the 1790's there was something called a triple alliance and the Unites States didn't ally with Korea. That were the problem really started. Today Korea wants to be like the U.S, and they see that we are a standing tall Nation, and they just don't like it.
