Amnesia is the inability of the person to remember or recall stored information in one's memory. A person can acquire amnesia through brain illnesses or through injury. From the given situation above, when one of the main characters is thrown from a galloping horse and suffers from the amnesia, the type of amnesia he/she is having is called an Organic Amnesia. This kind of amnesia is caused by brain damage due to injury.
