This is nice and simple. When ever you get a percentage, there will always be a decimal in front of the 2 farthest numbers. So, 250% could be turn to 2.50 when it comes to calculating another number. So, if you wants to find 250% of 2, you would multiply 2 by 2.5. So, the answer would be

2 x 2.5 = 5

(Another example is if you want to find 50% of 2. You would multiple 2 by .5, which would be 1)

A corporate team-building event costs $1, plus an additional $1 per attendee. Write an equation that shows the relationship betw
Elis [28]

The equation is y=x+1

Here's an explanation:

The equation starts out with y since that's what we're told to do. Since the even costs $1, then the total cost would be the total number of attendees +1. The variable for attendees is x, and since the additional cost is $1 per attendee, you don't have to multiply x with anything. So, the answer would be y=x+1. (Everything's in dollars)

What is the third term of the sequence defined by the recursive rule?<br> f(1) = 2 f(n)= 2f(n-1)+1
8090 [49]
The way you worded the question kind of confuses me but i'll try to answer.

Think of recursion like climbing a ladder; in this type of sequence you start out somewhere, usually n. So in f(n-1)+1, you take n (where you started) and "step down" once, and then step up once (which brings you back where you were). Remember PEMDAS when doing these.
