Answer: Performance limitation

Explanation:

  • Performance limitation is defined as the restriction or boundary that bounds the performance of any system beyond the pre-set limit.
  • Performance is defined in terms of smoothly carrying out task and completion of action as well as functions of system according to the standards.
  • Due to performance limitation , regular system is not able to cope with the new hardware or devices added in a system and therefore cannot carry out functions properly.
  • It is adapted to work with limited parts and hardware and thus become outdated when new hardware gets invoked.

Write a program named ArrayDemo that stores an array of 10 integers. (Note that the array is created for you and does not need t
romanna [79]

Answer:

Hi Zoom! Good question. This is particularly useful for learning sorting functions in arrays and user input handling as well. Please find the implementation below.

Explanation:

I have implemented the code in Python 2+. You can save the below code into a file called ArrayDemo.py and then run it from the command line with the command "python ArrayDemo.py". I have declared the demo_array in the code to an array of 10 unsorted integer values to test this. You can change the code if needed to have this array input by user as well and it should work fine.

Note: if you're using Python 3+ then you'll need to change the "raw_input" in the code to just "input" to make it work.

ArrayDemo.py

demo_array = [2,1,3,4,5,7,6,8,10,9]

option = 0

while (option != 4):

 option = raw_input("Enter 1 to view list in ascending order, 2 to view list in descending order, 3 to choose specific poisition to view, 4 to quit the application: ")

 try:

   option = int(option)

   if option == 1:

     sort_by = 'asc'

     print(sorted(demo_array, reverse=False))

   elif option == 2:

     sort_by = 'desc'

     print(sorted(demo_array, reverse=True))

   elif option == 3:

     position = raw_input("Enter specific position to view (0-9): ")

     try:

       position = int(position)

       if position < 0 or position > 9:

         print("Position does not exist")

       else:

         print(demo_array[position])

     except ValueError:

       print("Position does not exist!")

   elif option == 4:

     break

   else:

     break

 except ValueError:

   print("Invalid input!")

What is the best way to improve the following code fragment? if ((counter % 10) == 0) { System.out.println("Counter is divisible
Nataly_w [17]

Answer:

The correct code to the given question is

if ((counter % 10) == 0)  // check the condition

{

System.out.println("Counter is divisible by ten: " + counter);  // display

}

else  // check the condition

{

System.out.println("Counter is not divisible by ten: "  +counter); // display the //value

}

counter++; // increment the value of counter

Explanation:

Following are the description of code

  • In the given question we have to check the condition that the given number is divisible by 10 or not .
  • In the if block if the number is divisible by 10 then it print the value of number and increment the value of counter .
  • In the else block if the number is not divisible by 10 then it print the value of number and increment the value of counter .
  • It means the value of counter is increases in the if block as well as in the else block .So we have to remove the counter statement from there and place outside the if and else block .

What is a software program for navigating the web and displaying websites and pages?
ASHA 777 [7]
The common name for such a program is called a Web Browser. There exist several names for popular browsers, E-Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc. At the start of the internet, they were not always around, as the internet was mostly used for communications in the US armed forces. In the early-mid 1990's, the first few browsers were created when the first computer OS became mainstream. As the years have gone by, they have since become stronger and faster, and one can do anything on the internet from watching videos, opening a business, talking to your friend or even run a political campaign.
