Answer: B. it requires only quick fact-checking for an answer.

This is an example of a weak research question because it only requires quick fact-checking in order to obtain the answer. The purpose of research is to contribute to the body of knowledge of a particular branch of study. When designing a research proposal, it is important to consider whether the answers that will be obtained will be a significant contribution to the area of study. Otherwise, it is likely that the research is not worth pursuing.

Answer:

In this case, the speaker is Caliban. With this sentence, Caliban tries to say that we should get to know someone before we start judging without knowing anything about someone. This refers to the prejudices people often have about other people without knowing anything about them.

Therefore, Caliban tries to say that we should meet someone, come closer to his/her hearts before bringing any conclusions. People's appearance doesn't matter; we should become familiar with their soul and their hearts so we could make a fair judgment.

Should cigarette be banned
bazaltina [42]
It's up to the government. In many countries, the problem isn't so severe as others. But what most countries do is that all cigarette companies HAVE to put a picture on the cover of the packet showing the bad effects of smoking. District of Columbia, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands are a few places where smoking is completely banned from enclosed areas like restaurants.
