do you believe warfare should be used to gain more territory and add to the prestige of your country?
Leona [35]
<span>No.  Initially you gain riches from the resources found in those territories and yes you extend your sphere of influence farther and with it your power increases.  Still.  Eventually there will come a time when the people of those lands will rise up and demand independence.  Through peaceful means at first but if not, they will resort to conflict that will be costly on both sides.  Then it will all boil down to whether you want to hold on or release your hold on that territory. If you hold on, they will more determined to break free from that hold. That you gain something through war means you will lose it through war if you don't want to let go.</span>

__, which play a supportive role in the nervous system, vastly<br><br> outnumber
Charra [1.4K]

The correct answer is Glial cells; neurons

Glial cells are part of the nervous system. They are auxiliary cells that have the function of supporting the functioning of the central nervous system (CNS). It is estimated that there are 10 glia cells in the CNS for each neuron, but due to their small size, they occupy half the volume of nervous tissue. They differ in form and function and they are: oligodendrocytes, astrocytes, Schwann cells, ependymal cells and microglia.

Neurons are cells present in the nervous system and their main function is to conduct so-called nerve impulses. Although they are not the only cells in our nervous tissue, they stand out as the best known.

How many of the states must be in support to ammend the constitution.
Montano1993 [528]

Answer: Congress must call a convention for proposing amendments upon application of the legislatures of two-thirds of the states (i.e., 34 of 50 states). Amendments proposed by Congress or convention become valid only when ratified by the legislatures of, or conventions in, three-fourths of the states (i.e., 38 of 50 states).
