You can say " Through out this school year, I have learned that leadership is very important. I have been a leader in many groups in class and learned that helping others is very important like( say what you helped). I also learned that being a good character is very important in school. Being a good character means to help others, follow the teacher and the teacher approved of this.
During school this year I have learned to be a leader by helping others and learner ship is one of the most important things that I know about(then you tell about how you helped others)
The answer is that the technical language should then be eradicated and more visual must be added. Most audience is not familiar with the technical terms thus they will have difficulty in understanding the thing and pictures can be added to widen the knowledge then.
