Answer:
Dear Headteacher.
As a staff member (student) at this school, I am appreciative of the sports that are offered to us (the student body).
I do however feel disappointed that this school doesn’t offer A and B. A and b are widely played and our students would benefit from having these sports added to the sports on offer.
We have on our staff X Y and z who are familiar with these sports and would be able to make themselves available as coaches and umpires. I have done a budget for the cost of implementing such sports (see attached). This should not put too much of a strain on the finances of the school.
I would be grateful if you would consider this request.
regards,

Explanation: Paul-Edward is the son of a white farmer whose first name is Edward and a Black Native American mother. Paul's father had a white wife and had children with her, and refused to let Paul-Edward have his name Edward, as his mother wanted, because he hadn't allowed any of his white children to have his name, thus he was called Paul-Edward. Because he was multi-racial, Paul-Edward faced racism, ridicule, discrimination, and cruelty as he grew up.
