Rafael needs to be positive and has to set up goals in his life.

Explanation:

Rafael is in deep depression, as his Physical, Social, Emotional, Intellectual, every aspect of life seems to have ruined away. But he needs to understand that this is not the end of life.

 • He must bring some positivism in his life.
 • When Rafael will start to think positive, he would surly be able to focus on his studies, and will definitely attain good grades in the coming exams.
 • Secondly this positivism will make him move to the gym or may engage him in some sort of physical activity and eventually he will be able to shed all the extra pounds he gained.
 • Physical activities like basket ball, Volleyball, cricket, football, etc can help him a lot, in losing his weight as well as in making new friends and expanding his social circle.
 • He would not feel alone anymore with this technique.

Yes these four problems are interconnected. These all problems are causing depression to him and the only way to cope up with this is to stay positive.

Elis [28]

Answer:

a) Self-efficacy

Explanation:

In psychology, self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in his/her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific goals.

In other words, self-efficacy refers to the belief we have in our own abilities, specifically on our ability to meet the challenges that life presents us and to complete a task in a successful manner.

In this example, Leroy is admired by his supervisors for his expertise and excellence in his work so he is given the opportunity to deliver a formal speech at an event at the office. However, Leroy feels very anxious and he is certain that he will forget lines or make mistakes while delivering his speech.

We can see that even though Leroy is considered an expert by his supervisors, he doesn't believe in his own abilities, specifically on his ability to complete the speech successfully.

Thus, Leroy would need self-efficacy.
