What is the difference between a conversion disorder and a somatoform disorder?

Conversion disorder- Involves a patient who has a neurological issue of some sort after a stressful event (divorce, loss) while lab tests don't show a neurological explanation for the issue. 

Somatoform disorder-  Patient consistently complains of physical symptoms without a physiological explanation.
