The unanimous opinion in Brown v. Board of Education was written by Earl Warren.

<u>Brown vs. Board is considered as among landmark decisions made by the Supreme Court of the United States which the highest court made in the year 1950.</u> This case came into limelight when a girl from black community whose name was Linda Brown used to study in grade 3 and she used to walk around one mile to reach her school as there were no school nearby which was for segregated students whereas school was children from black community was just around seven blocks away but she could not get admission in school for whites because during that time Students belonging to Black and White community were not authorized to study in same school.  

Many parents along with father of Linda brown wanted their child to study in elementary school but despite of many continuous attempts made the principal of that elementary school denied to requests made by parents of Linda Brown and then that case went to Supreme court and the stand that her parents took was that schools in her area were not following the ruling of ‘Separate but Equal’. This case went on the Supreme Court for many years and after years of argument,
