Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Elodia [21]

Answer:

Type I error.

Step-by-step explanation:

The decision to shut the process is triggered by the conclusion that the average height is significantly different from 66 mm.

This means that the null hypothesis, that states that the average height is not significantly different from 66 mm (μ=66), has been rejected.

If the null hypothesis is rejected, the error that can have been made is to reject a true null hypothesis, when the process is functioning to specification and the average length is not significantly different from 66.

This is a Type I error, that happens when a true null hypothesis is rejected.

The parking lot for a hotel should have 114 parking spaces. If ech row can have 13 parking spaces, then the minimum nukber of ro
MArishka [77]

So @mathmate deleted my comment because "I wasn't explaining my answer" well I did

I clearly stated that you have to make educated guess and I showed how I GOT my answer

so i guess here is my "proper" answer

There is no specific formula for this, so you can make an educated guess

for example:

13*5 = 65 (this isn't right because we need a minimum of 114)

so we continue the guessing

I then next tried

13*9

I got 117,

117 is more than 113

making 9 the minimum amount of rows for the hotel parking lot

there ya go @mathmate is that clear enough?

Twice a number (z) added to 21 is equal to 9 times the number added to 7. What is the number?
pickupchik [31]

Answer:

The number is  2

Step-by-step explanation:

Twice a number (z) = 2*z = 2z

Twice a number (z) added to 21  = 2z + 21

9 times the number added to 7 = 9z + 7

9z + 7 = 2z + 21

Subtract 2z form both sides

9z - 2z + 7 = 21

       7z + 7 = 21

Subtract 7 from both sides

7z = 21 - 7

 7z = 14

Divide both sides by 7

z = 14/7

z = 2

Pie
The total distance traveled by cycle = 50 * 12 = 600 inch
1 complete rotation measures = 2 * 3.14 * 24 = 150.72 inch

Total rotation = 600 / 150.72
= approx. 4

In short, Your Answer would be Option C

Hope this helps!
