Answer:

Demand-pull inflation exists when aggregate demand for a good or service outweigh aggregate supply. It starts with an increase in total consumer demand. Sellers meet such an increase with more supply. But when additional supply is unavailable, sellers raise their prices. That results in demand-pull inflation.

This is commonly described as "too much money chasing too few goods."

The Axis was formed by countries which leaders were dictators. The goal of Germany, Japan and Italy was to empower their country at the expense of weakening other countries. Prior to WWII, these three powers had been focusing their energy in reinforcing and improving their armies.

In 1930's Germany, Hitler rose to power with his Nazi Party, becoming known as "der Führer". He wanted to avenge Germany's loss of WWI and territory thanks to the Treaty of Versailles. In Italy, Benito Mussolini and Fascism rose to power as well, promising reorganization of the country and economic solutions for it.
