Freckles is dominant over no freckles. what percentage of offspring would be predicted to have freckles if the father was hetero

The answer would be 50%.

Let's make a Punnett square for this:

Let F - Freckles

f - no freckles

Father: Ff

Mother: ff (She has no freckles, meaning she does not have the dominant allele)

F f

f Ff ff

f Ff ff

The count would then be 2/4 with freckles and 2/4 without freckles. So the percentage of would be 50% with freckles and 50% without freckles.

What is "feminism"? describe how it has evolved in the united states?
aleksklad [387]
Feminism is a theory that keeps up that ladies and men ought to be equivalent politically, financially, and socially. The ladies' development in the U.S., all things considered, has had three stages. In the main stage, two branches of woman's rights existed – a radical branch that supported the change of all the general public's establishments, and a traditionalist branch that focused on winning the vote in favor of ladies. Amid this initial stage, the traditionalist branch ruled. After the vote was won in 1920, the development started to disintegrate.

finlep [7]

Glucokinase ( Hexokinase IV): Plays significant role, not sensisitve

Hexokinase I II or III : In tissues,

Explanation:

A) Plays a significant role in liver regulation of blood glucse levels. (It is present within liver).

B) It is not sensitive to inhibition by glucose-6-phoaphate(remians active even when glucose is abundant and is not effected by allosteric inhibition.)

C) Subcellular localisation is regulated by fructose-6-phosphate (when fructose -6-phosphate concentration is high causes localisation of hexokinase IV to nucleus as it is inhibited by high Fructose-6-phosphate concentration and releases into cytosol when glucose concntration is high)

2. Hexokinase I II or III :

A)Present in tissues that sense blood glucose levels.

B) When blood glucose levels fall below normal range maintains maximum velocity. ( since it has high affinity for glucose and low glucose concentration favors low Km for hexokinase I II III) .

1. what would most likely happen to the lynx population if the rabbit population decreases?
guajiro [1.7K]

Answer: 1) a. decrease 2) b. increase

Explanation: 1) If the rabbit population declined and it is the main source of food for the lynx, the lynx population would decrease because it wouldn’t have enough to eat. 2) Since the lynx is a predator of rabbits, but all the lynx were killed then the rabbit population would increase because they aren’t being eaten.
